PLAYBOOK AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Nature of Partnership
The Company (Playbook Revolution) agrees to have the Affiliate (You) who will act as an agent on behalf of the Company and market, publicise and promote “Playbooks” to their clients, friends, and other parties.
An affiliate link will be provided upon sign up. This link must be used to determine your leads and ensure your affiliate payment is made.
Payment
The Company agrees to pay 10% for all converted lead; on condition the lead has used your affiliate link.
Payment will be made on the 10th of each month, or shortly after if the 10th falls on a weekend or bank holiday.
Other
You may generate leads through any legitimate means. You are welcome to send your affiliate link to people you know who you feel will benefit from a “Playbook”. You are welcome to send your affiliate link to your email list, promote online, use social media, recommend to your clients, friends and family, and so on. However, you are not permitted to spam people with unsolicited mail.
The Affiliate agrees to use their link to determine what leads they send. Without the use of this link then commission payment is not guaranteed.
Liability
Under no circumstances will either party be liable for any indirect, special consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, negligence, or other form of action) in case such is not related to the direct result of one party’s negligence or breach.
Confidentiality
The terms and conditions herein this Agreement shall constitute as Confidential Information. All information that is not of public record or knowledge is considered confidential.
Termination
This Agreement shall be deemed terminated upon any of the following occurrences of events
- In the event of negligence, or breach of this Agreement
- Mutual agreement to terminate the Agreement by the Parties
